Spring Weddings

Spring is one of those gorgeous times of year a lot of people choose for their wedding. Hubby and I were married 22 years ago this October 19th. Don’t forget I’m talking about spring in Australia. I wore my mother’s wedding dress, which was very much a 50s style. The neckline was heart shaped with collars that looked like petals. The train was also shaped like a petal as it flowed out behind me. I had tiny fabric covered buttons on the bodice and along the lower sleeves to my wrist, with points resting on my hand. I could show you more if I had a scanner, but I only have printed photos.

Describe your wedding dress in your journal today. Also describe what the bridesmaids, groomsmen, and the groom wore. Describe everything about the day. Revisit that day.
