St. Patrick’s Day Cocktails

With St. Patrick’s Day landing on a Saturday, my guess is that a lot of people are probably planning some sort of celebration. 

One of the best tips for throwing a party I have ever heard is dump the full bar.  Pick just one cocktail.  So, what makes the best St. Patrick’s Day Cocktail?
