The same ob/gyn who was also the father of one of my friends (there were only two ob/gyns in our town and my mom didn't like the other one). My friend and her family were fine with it, another day, another dollar, another lady part. I on the other hand, was horrified. I hate the exam. I hate the "'gina-jack" they use to open you up to swab the cervix. The first time I experienced that I thought my doc was going to change a tire. My mom also suggested that I use her ob/gyn when I reached that “milestone.” The same ob/gyn who was also the father of one of my friends (there were only two ob/gyns in our town and my mom didn’t like the other one). My friend and her family were fine with it, another day, another dollar, another lady part. I on the other hand, was horrified.
