Stock Up the Wine: Holiday Hoopla on the Way

Thanksgiving Food & Wine sceneThe new issue is already coming in the mail, but maybe you can still find the November issue of Food & Wine on the newsstands, which gives you three choices of Thanksgiving menus with wine pairings. Rather oddly, they base the different themes on how old you are, whether in your 20’s, 40’s, or 60’s. But that shouldn’t stop you from perusing the recipes, picking and choosing what sounds most delicious to you. I’m finding myself drawn to the Roasted Turkey with Italian Sausage stuffing, to be paired with a “powerful, blackberry-rich Zinfandel.” Especially since we have quite a few of those at Rosenblum Cellars….
