One of the best ways to teach students about the lesson at hand is to make the whole experience pretty interesting. And it seems like having a robot that can rap is a surefire way to get the attention of the students and make them learn their lessons the fun way.
In the United Kingdom, the Georgian Gardens Primary School’s students were gladly one of the lucky pupils to learn about being green from the robot that raps. The robot name Recycler has been teaching the students the three green Rs which are reduce, reuse, and recycle.
“The kids love the way Recycler interacts with them and puts across his message in a really fun way,” shares Paul White, the education and promotions officer for the Arun District Council. He also adds, “They quickly pick up the rap and join in. It’s a great way to remember important messages and take them home. The kids loved the performance so much that they were keen to have regular assemblies from Recycler, and performer George, who joined him.”
