Summer Snowball Fight
Let’s wrap up another week of Camp Weary Parent with a fun way to get some work done and have fun at the same time! Let’s have a summer snowball fight.
Have the kids help you fold that laundry basket of unmatched socks you have sitting in the laundry room (I have enough to keep us going for quite some time). Divide the sock snowballs equally among the kids and head for an open area (outside, basement, playroom – whatever works for you).
Let the kids toss, throw and hurl the snowballs at each other. Mix it up a bit and give them a basket or target to aim for.
Once the snowball fight is done, have the kids deliver all the socks to their appropriate home.
Have a great weekend and stop back next week as we “Go for the Gold” in anticipation of the Summer Olympic games.
