This company’s project is in Kona Commons. Kona Commons can be found on the Big Island and this area has just been given a very huge rooftop that has got solar panels all over it. This project has already been completed just recently. The company behind it? Sunetric. It was known before as the Suntech Hawaii.

According to the report, the whole Kona Commons project had taken the company quite a lot of effort. See, the whole rooftop had to be covered with 17 various solar power systems. So just imagine how huge that rooftop is and just how many solar power systems they had to create.

BJ Kobayashi is the head of the Kobayashi Group which has been the group behind the Kona Commons. On this, he said, “We are pleased with the results of our collaboration with Suntech Hawaii to create this first-of-its-kind system.” He also disclosed that he is happy that they will be able to offer something new to their tenants which is going to be also green.
