Super Bowl Snacking: What’s on the Menu?

We decided to throw a Super Bowl party this year and invite over a bunch of friends and co-workers. I don’t think we’ve ever had such a large amount of people coming over in the past, so we’ve been working on our game plan for the last week, trying to make sure we’ll have enough food for everyone!
We decided to go with a large amount of snacks so that we’re not working away in the kitchen all afternoon and people can pick and choose what they want.
In the line-up are pinwheels (flour tortillas with cream cheese, green onions, turkey and spinach), buffalo wings, tortilla chips and chili dip (queso cheese dip with chili kept warm in a little crock pot), little pizza bites for the kids, peanut butter cookies, chocolate cake balls, veggies and dip, mozzarella cheese sticks and marinara, franks in a blanket and jalapeno poppers. Of course, there’ll also be lots of chips, sodas and other tasty beverages!
We’ve also asked our friends to bring their favorite treat or snack so that’s always fun to see what they’ll show up with. What’s on your menu for the Big Game?

I’m staying home with my son since he has school in the morning. My husband will be out with his brothers and he’ll bring the salsa and chips. I also am making some potatoes au gratin. I tried it the other day and it was so delicious.
“Working on your game plan” – clever.
Those pinwheels look absolutely scrumptious!
I live in a country where people follow soccer, so I’m saving your menu ideas for the World Cup finals.
I miss that little crock pot!
