Remember Louis Palmer? The Swiss guy who drives around the world in a car that gets its power from the sun?

Well, he has been through quite a number of countries already and just a couple of days ago, he has made his way to Malaysia. And yes, when he is in his car, he travels without having to fill up because every little drop of energy is taken from the sun. With this stop in Malaysia, Palmer is already halfway through his goal of traveling around the world. And yet, he has already been deemed successful in telling everyone about the advantages of solar energy and what we could do battle global warming.

In an interview in Malaysia, Palmer shared, “This is the first vehicle to be driven around the world without a drop of fuel. I want to show people that we actually have this technology, especially in this age where global warming has become a big issue. We just need to do something about it. Everyone has to do something about it.”
