Taco Night Helper

I received a Taco Rack to review a while back, then sat it aside and forgot about it. We were having tacos last night and I thought about how easy that taco rack would make it to build several tacos at once for my family to come devour. So I gave the Taco Rack a test run.

I have to say it was a great help. Usually I have tacos, and taco insides going all over my plate. I loaded up the rack with 6 taco shells, then meat, cheese, salsa and sour cream. We also had onions, lettuce and tomatoes, but since everyone in the family doesn’t like all those ingredients I let them add their own extras.

The Taco Rack comes apart so you can store it flat when you’re not using it. It only takes a second to assemble and disassemble.
