Take The Happiness Quiz

A friend of mine passed along this Happiness Quiz from About.com’s Stress Management.

I took the quiz, and my results were as follows:

Your Score: It appears that 6 answers out of 16 questions, or 37 percent of your answers show lifestyle features that promote happiness. If there are areas of your life that you would like to change in order to promote increased happiness, there are resources (above) corresponding to each question on the test.

It looks like your lifestyle may be seriously impeding your level of happiness. The good news is that there are many changes you could make to bring more happiness and life satisfaction. The resources below can help.

While I’m not a miserable person (even though the quiz results may suggest as much), I’m not really surprised with the results.

The goal now is to take another look at those 10 questions that suggest unhappiness and try to make some changes. The frustrating thing is that these aren’t overnight changes, and for the busy person, immediate results are always a plus.

Take the quiz and find out which areas of your life promote happiness and which areas need some work, then come back here and share your results!
