Taking Control Of The Heat

Things can get pretty hot. The heat could be that unbearable. You may even think that you could faint any time soon because of the heat that you are experiencing.
Yes. That may be so. And so you resort to going inside your home and putting on your air conditioner at full blast. Bad move? Not really a total bad move but see, there are things that you could do to help lessen the heat that you are feeling without having to hurt our environment.
One of the things that you could do is take comfort in the shade. Being in the presence helps you cool down. And that is also a good place to feel the wind. But try being in the presence of buildings. See if you can cool yourself off there.
Also, it is important that you keep yourself refreshed with water. Drink tons of water. Fruit juices would also help you a lot.
A bath would also not hurt you that much.

I also find a lot of people turn their air conditioning on and then just leave it blasting all day. I find it’s just as helpful to turn it on in my apartment for an hour or so, and once it’s comfortable, turn it off. It doesn’t revert instantly to a stifling temperature, it stays comfortable for hours, especially if the blinds and curtains are all tightly shut to keep the sunlight out.
