		<description>I also find a lot of people turn their air conditioning on and then just leave it blasting all day.  I find it&#039;s just as helpful to turn it on in my apartment for an hour or so, and once it&#039;s comfortable, turn it off.  It doesn&#039;t revert instantly to a stifling temperature, it stays comfortable for hours, especially if the blinds and curtains are all tightly shut to keep the sunlight out.</description>
