Tea Parties for Quilters and Hospitality

Time for Tea Parties

Tea parties for hospitality were a tradition in my mom’s family.  So I continued these when she became ill with Alzheimer’s.  They also were highlights when my grandchildren and I visited her at the nursing home.

Tea time when quilters meet is a fun tradition, too.  When I’ve visited my daughter’s quilting group, a cup of tea was part of the refreshments.

If you enjoy tea parties, or simply a cup of tea and chat, you may like to browse my Tea Time News and Notes blog.  I’ve found that articles about tea and tea time I write for my Country Kitchen newspaper column are very popular.  So I began  blogging about tea.
