Ted Allen and Food Detectives

Ted Allen was introduced to us during Queer Eye, has written books, has been a judge on Iron Chef America and then has been a staple as a judge on Top Chef.  Now the Food Network has snagged his foodie presence with a new show, Food Detectives.

Ted Allen along with Popular Science are answering all your food questions…like is their a need for a “5 Second Rule?”  He also will touch on food pop culture. I must admit that I was a little surprised not to see Alton Brown’s face on this show, but it appears that the Food Network is working hard to have it’s regular stars along with some new faces.
