Do you grind your teeth? Many people don’t realize that they grind their teeth until their dentist mentions is or their bed partner says something.
Grinding teeth, called bruxism, is often caused by stress, but it can also just happen. The stress of the grinding can cause jaw pain and headaches, as well as damage to the teeth. This can lead to long-term chronic pain. You can read more in this article, Many Turn to Teeth Grinding for Stress Relief.
