The #1 Cure for Depression

I love this picture. Can’t you just SMELL that luscious fruit? We don’t have an outdoor market like this where I live. I have to buy my groceries in cold, sterile mega-stores — where I’m always in a hurry to check shopping off my list.

When I lived in Japan in my 20s, I was single, and I had plenty of time on the weekends to amble around outdoor markets — I found one place that had inexpensive tangerines (mikan), and I bought them all the time, hoping that the Vitamin C would keep me from getting sick.

One of my dreams is to someday take my children to a country where we can shop in an outdoor fruit market. They’re still too young to do much traveling (and right now our budget is tight, unless someone wants to offer me a press junket!) But I love thinking about this fruit market — and even praying that God would someday open a door for us to travel overseas.

I’ve posted this today to share with you that HOPE is the #1 cure for depression. Our dreams and prayers give us hope. Write your dreams down — connecting your heart to words is often the first step toward starting something new.

I think the number one cure for depression is
to do lots of Prayer. It helps me. I always think Im healed …. Thats how I get through it. I mean I hear of people going into remission for some of the most dangerous forms of Cancer , so why not
have the faith about being cured from Manic
depression like myself….I believe god can do anything but fail….Im glad its not schizophrenia….that would be the worse, but i pray that god heals that disease as well

psalm 30:2 ” O lord my God I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me.

Ist peter 2;24 ” Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree , that we being dead to sins , should live unto righteousness by whose stripes ye are healed.

This scripture is for doctors and people in general who say there is no hope

    Matthew 19:26
But jesus beheld them, and said unto them, WIth men this is impossible , but With god all things are possible.

Im not talking taking a 1000mg of some med…..

    Please have faith…..

im a living witness, I went from 4 meds down to one and the next move is 0, and I vow to Jesus
christ to spread the good news of healing and deliverance….. Get the Holy spirit to…….Heal set you free!!!!!!!!!!!! I can just see it now
my endorphines and serotonin is free……Im normal in god’s book…at least im not locked up in\ some mental institution or homeless it could be worse….. so God bless……

Ill mention another testimony of healing…my moms was told to make her final arrangements a couple of years ago , she had a few months to go….that was 2 years ago…her device was turned off….and sometimes she has more energy than me….heart condition and all….

so god is real, do not always rely on logic and science ” have that craazzy faith , it will carry you through
