The age of outsourcing

For anyone who works from home – or perhaps a parent with kids in a zillion sports or club style activities – spare time is as rare as a vegetarian snake. Time management is a dream that’s never addressed because there’s never time to devote to mapping a plan.

I’ve heard of people outsourcing lots of jobs and personal tasks but one I’d not thought of is outsourcing cooking. Sid Savara details the journey to outsourcing cooking via Craigslist.

How creative is that?

Since my kids became homeschooled, I don’t have as much trouble balancing time as I used to – but I know lots of you mom’s really struggle for just a small amount of time to call your own – this might be one option or spawn other ideas on what you could outsource to free up your time.

I have kicked around the idea of being a personal chef …with all my spare time..I think it is a great idea..for most people.
