I’m sure some of us are missing the summer barbeques. That grilled meat taste is really unforgettable for any foodies out there. Or just to anyone who loves summer barbecues. BLT Steak in West Hollywood knows the feeling which is why they are introducing Thursday Night Cookout on the Patio at BLT STEAK.

BLT Steak is calling this “The Barbeque of all Barbeque” in the middle of Fall and I’m guessing all the way through winter season.
For starters, people are led to the BLT Patio where you can grab two kinds of meat of your choice. Burger lovers could have the Grilled 8 oz CAB Burger. It’s a Lemon Rosemary Chicken for chicken lovers. There are more choices for ribs/brisket enthusiasts with Smoked Baby Back Ribs, Charred Marinated Smoked Baby Back Ribs, and BBQ Braised CAB Beef Brisket.
You can’t have a complete meal without sides which consists of Potato Salad with Bacon and Watercress, Grilled Corn on the Cob, and Ginger Marinated Tomatoes. A huge selection of desserts awaits your palate. Let’s hope you have more room for either Peach Cobbler with Butterscotch Ice Cream, Blueberry Pie with Lemon Verbena Ice Cream, and Classic Strawberry Sundae.
Now if that doesn’t whet your appetite for summer barbeque I don’t know what would.
