Within a year, I have resolved my diabetes based on following this diet. I'm talking resolution of high blood sugars, high triglycerides, high cholesterol, very high liver enzymes...some within the first few months, some within the next few months. Eliminate breads and pastas (and other processed foods) and you will be doing yourself a favor. I have recently added back in sprouted grain bread (Ezekial 4:9) and brown rice, but that's about it.

This is what I've been saying as well! Nice post, Kendra. Eating a diet in line with our genetic "blueprint", if you will, is an intelligent idea, especially if you're at risk for diabetes.
