The CFS Hissy Fit

Zen Garden Corporate Business GiftI have been under a tremendous amount of stress lately, both personally and professionally. Over the last few days, I have been feeling the stress build and build, and knew that I wouldn’t be able to handle it much longer. Today I burst. It was very very messy.

That said, having a very major breakdown in the office may not be the smartest thing I have ever done (it was actually unavoidable). However, it did allow me to release enough stress, that I should be able to sleep soundly. Oh and it finally got the point across that I am terribly terribly overworked.

It appears that I should go on another dwarf hunting adventure.

    Dear Laura ~

I had CFS for three years and tried everything that came my way to get rid of it.

It was actually a hypothalamus disfunction that was fixed without drugs, diet or lifestyle changes. I’m me again.

Some places call it “hypothalamitis” but it’s a disorder not an inflammation.
