The Closet Monkey - Organizing a Baby’s Closet

My friend Jennifer over at Pregnancy & Baby, posted about a great organizing product for your baby’s closet. It’s called The Closet Monkey, and their slogan is “The fun way to organize, right from the beginning.” Cute huh? Click here to see a picture of the Closet Monkey.
This product really is a fantastic idea. I could have really used something like this when my kiddos were babies. Especially for my daughter. She was our first and had a closet full of clothes.
Here’s Jennifer’s description of how it works:
How it works: These colorful animal-based dividers separate clothes hanging in the closet by age and size. Much like a divided notebook - only closet style, and way more fun. All you need to add is a good supply of baby hangers and you’re all set for a couple of years.
Not only is this a very useful product but I just really like the way they look. Nice and colorful and the animals are adorable. My sister is due any day now with her first baby. This would make a great gift for her.

Thanks for the link! I love these - I’m not the biggest fan of baby hangers (they only have a so long lifespan) but still, this might make me get some. Congrats on becoming an auntie to a new babe. Hope your sister’s has a happy and healthy birth.
“sister’s has” seriously, what kind of crack grammar is that?
I love those!!
Do other people seriously hang up baby sleepers? I thought I was doing well to wash them and fold them in a drawer, I never considered hanging them. Too much effort required for that, in my opinion. Putting a dot of different colored permanent marker on the label for each size when you bring them home is an easy way to sort for size in a drawer.
@Jennifer - you’re welcome. I can’t wait until you meet the new writer I’m bringing on board. She’s the bomb!

@Laura - Aren’t they cute?
@Heather - I think some do and some don’t. I did with my daughter because she was my first and I was super anal. With my last two kids, I think I put them in their drawers. Good idea with the colored dot. Thanks for sharing.
I don’t know. I’ve met that new blogger joining you and most people find her kind of strange. Good luck with that though
I love them! They are so colorful and cute!
@Jennifer - Yeah, I’m going to need all the luck I can get.
@Sarah - I love the bright colors too!
