The Crappiest Post Ever. I mean it. Ever.

Okay, so all the b5media health blogs are writing about a specific topic today: The Sun. You know, not like in an astronomical sense, but the sun and your health. You figured that out on your own, I’m sure. You’re no dummy.

But two things were working against me today. First of all, my doctor increased my dosage of metformin two days ago, and it has wiped me out, with extreme nausea and fatigue and some other stuff too nasty to get into here. Honestly, the only thing I really did today was periodically check to see if I was still alive, and then to ask God, “WHY?”

The second thing keeping me from writing a good Theme Day entry? Well, diabetes and the sun? I drew a complete blank.

But then it occurrred to me that my two reasons for NOT writing a themed entry sort of made an entry all on their own. So here’s my sun-related diabetes observation:

When your diabetes drugs make you too sick to even go outside ONCE during the day, well, you kind of miss the sun.

I’ll bet you wish you were reading just about any other blog right now, don’t you?
