The Flexibility Alliance

The Flexibility Alliance is a site that “Supports Flexible Work for Mothers” with a vision of:

…every skilled mother in need of balance to be able to succeed in her career on a flexible basis – be that by sequencing, working part-time, job-sharing, working a shifted or condensed schedule, telecommuting, or working from home.

However, as usual, I don’t get why it can’t be for “parents”, but, seeing as I just found it, maybe I’m missing the point.

Anyway, there’s a wealth of information here, from proposing a flexible schedule, to starting a consulting practice.
