The Graveyard Book
“The boundaries are always there—between the graveyard and the world beyond, between life and death, and the crossing of them.” – Neil Gaiman
Neil Gaiman has, according to reviewers, done it again. Gaiman is known for his chilling tales, his ghostlike wonders, and his mysterious narrative. Like his infamous Coraline, which broke him into Young Adult Literature, The The Graveyard Book
will manage to capture more young readers.
The book is magical, humorous, and attaches a bit to the history of Kipling’s The Jungle Book (Unabridged Classics).

Sounds like a great book, perfect for Halloween
Interesting, although I guess I’d have to read Kipling’s Jungle Book to fully appreciate the references… I always enjoy seeing writers tie into other works.
Creepy! I was very into the Goosebumps books growing up and this sounds a tad more frightening than that- good for Halloween!
A Blog about BOOKS!! Where have you been all my life! I’m so happy I found my way here!
Neil Gaiman rocks, so I may have to go check out that book for myself.
My teen loves Neil Gaiman. I wonder if my tween is ready for his books.
My daughter would love this book!
Sounds like an interesting book. Good book for Halloween. My kids are too young for it now.
I think I might even want to read this one–the reference to the Jungle Book has me intrigued!

I’m looking forward to reading this book, as I’ve enjoyed some of Gaiman’s other work.
That book sounds interesting. And I think I’m the only person on the planet that doesn’t like Coraline.
I can’t wait for my oldest to get a little bigger so we can read books like this together

Sounds like a fun Halloween book!
I think I’ll read this. I’ve read Coraline and liked it even though it was creepy.
