The Kids are in School and I’m All Alone

I just got back from dropping my 3 year old off at his first day of pre-school. Everything went well. He didn’t do too well with the car line thing, but once he saw his buddy Jules out on the playground, then everything was alright.

So, that leaves me, my dog and my computer. Whatever shall I do with myself? Hmmm…..I think I can come up with a few things. My main goal this week is to get back on track with my blogging. I am really looking forward to that.

I plan on finishing out August with some back to school posts and then I’ll reveal what September’s theme will be towards the end of August.

One more thing…this is a BIG week for us. Tuesday is the last day my husband wears his military uniform, which means Wednesday is his first day as a full-time realtor. We are very excited to say the least. He asked if I could help him stay organized. I think I can help out in that area.

Our daughter asked if we could go on a cruise this weekend to celebrate. Wouldn’t that be nice if we could just hop on a boat and sail away into the wild blue yonder? I told her it would take a little more planning and we may have to settle for dinner out for now. We also have some six flags tickets we need to use up.

I hope the rest of you have a great week! Wish us luck on this new endeavor. :)

Wow, so much change. That is indeed a nice thing. Good luck and enjoy the few hours of peace each day.

Thanks Jennifer. It is weird to be able to have so much time to concentrate. I almost feel stuck. Isn’t that weird? I need to make myself a blogging schedule like I used to have so I can keep myself on track. There’s always those little things, that aren’t actually little, that fall through the cracks.
