Parenting is great. Sometimes it’s really freakin’ hard but it’s great. Do you know what sucks about parenting?
When your kids are sick. My two year old child has puked five times in the past 24 hours and is just pathetically unhappy.
What sucks even more than that? When you know you’re getting the exact same gastro and you still have to take care of your sick kid. That’s when I feel like calling my mom and asking her to come over to make me tea and rub my back while I try to sleep.

Everyone’s kids are sick it seems. We’re in the middle of coughing and nose issues here at my house — both me and the boy. Sorry that your family is sick with one of the worst kinds of icky though; stomach stuff is the worst. Take care and hope you all feel better soon.
