The mystery is revealed

Pamela M has given us a very apt description of these Japanese curry blocks.  The photo above shows the block (actually 1 of 2) that come in the green box.  In this case green is middle of the range for curry heat, but even the hottest isn’t that hot.  Take a look at Pamela’s comments on the original mystery post for how she uses these blocks.  As promised, there will be a packet on the way to her place for correctly identifying what it was.  I’ll be in touch, Pamela.
