I am a Crock Pot fan, especially when the weather starts to get cool outside. I love to fill it up in the morning, and have supper ready when everyone gets home.
During the summer it’s grilling time, during the fall and winter I break out the Crock Pot at least once or twice a week to make some comfort food. I enjoy slow cooked meatloaf, chili, chicken, and stews. Yum!
I think I’m in love with this new Crock-Pot® Programmable Slow Cooker. It has a touch screen that you can use to program in your cook time, and even let the slow cooker know if you’d like to have it hold your meal on warm after it’s cooked.
The stainless steel exterior is super elegant. It’s not just a pretty face, this Crock Pot also has an impressive 6.5 quart capacity, and features an oval shape with a countdown control panel for programmable cooking times from 30 minutes up to 20 hours. Wow!

I just upgraded to this very Crock Pot on Sunday. I’m using it for the first time today (cooking a whole chicken). I got it at Bed Bath & Beyond for $20 off the regular price since I downloaded a coupon from their web site. You’re right, it’s beautiful, and the warming features are awesome! Now I’m perusing for some good crock recipe blogs and came across yours.
