The puzzle person

My imagination can be a bit over-active, but does anyone else think that the puzzle piece logo for Autism Speaks looks like a rather small-headed person with their limbs sticking out?
The implied message seems to be not only “autism is a puzzle” but also “autistic people are puzzle pieces.”
When it comes to Charlie, I think I prefer the rainbow Mobius strip.
