		<description>Well, Rico, I really can&#039;t blame you for that since I reckon stereotyping is quite a common failing in human behaviour. It&#039;s how we react to what the society feeds us and to the kind of culture we grew up in. However, &lt;i&gt;knowing&lt;/i&gt; is half the battle. Making an effort &lt;i&gt;not&lt;/i&gt; to stereotype will help. And don&#039;t be afraid to &quot;change&quot; your mind if you do, me thinks. ;)</description>
