The Toilet House!

I was pretty excited to bring the Poop House to Offbeat so imagine my delight when the lovely Heather; friend to pets everywhere sent me this wacky home. Well, technically she emailed me the home — it’s not like it’s sitting in my backyard right now. But that would be fun for the neighbors.

Reuters featured this home on Tuesday and it’s too good to be true. Sanitation activists in South Korean are marking the launch of a global toilet association with this oddball home that’s located south of Seoul.

At first it looks like a boat home but than you fly over it and…

Wow. The home built by Sim Jae-duck is not ceramic (can you imagine) but steel, white concrete, and as you can plainly see a load of glass. Of course the home features four amazing deluxe bathrooms. Personally I think it’s a bit of an eyesore but so crazy that I like it anyhow.

It opens next month to the public according to the World Toilet Association.
