I’d be willing to bet this is a piece of info you didn’t know Mary Christine has a picture from the Savannah Club House up at her Blog today. The picture is of Anne Smith, Dr. Bob’s wife. I’ll bet you didn’t know this;

Anne Smith was the Mother of AA. Yep! “Bill W. once called Anne Smith the mother of AA. This may have been not only because of her actions, but because of the direct influence of her thoughts and writings on the Twelve Steps and other AA literature.”
