Three Kids Means You’re Outnumbered

I caught this snippet about Elisabeth Hasselbeck, who is soon to have her third child. She says being pregnant when you’ve already had two kids is entirely different than when you are pregnant for the first time. “For the first pregnancy, you’re a pregnant goddess and everyone is running around giving you water,” she said. “But the third time around, you’re just lucky to have a prenatal pill by the end of day!”

Not only that, but I can imagine that once you have that third child, things in the household change dramatically as well. From every friend that has three kids, they say it changes the dynamic in the family because you’re suddenly outnumbered. It’s harder to split the parenting duties because there is less of mom and dad to go around.
Have you found a trick to dealing with three (or more) kids?
