Three ways to motivate organizing change

It’s not New Years; not even close. That doesn’t mean you can’t set some organizing goals. If you’re feeling slack, then try the following:

Tell everyone: Act like someone who means business. Tel your pals, “Hey I’m so going to get organized!” I mean don’t make up crazy stories, but telling your friends that you plan on decluttering my help you to follow through.

Mark down goals: Grab a calender, and make specific goals. Jot down, “Organize linens” by August 8th. If you see a chore as a meeting to keep, you may just keep it. You also may be motivated to take small steps to aim for this by the 8th.

Be realistic.

    Hi Jennifer,

Thanks for the tips! I would also like to recommend a great read from Whakate
“How to Become More Time Conscious” to help with organization.
