Tick Tock Tuesday

clock1.gifTick Tock There Goes That Darn Clock Tuesday: Do you feel like time is just slipping away? Does Monday come around and you feel you’ve gotten nothing accomplished?

Don’t worry, you are definitely not alone. Tuesdays are going to be all about time management. The number one biggest problem when it comes to a person wanting to get organized is that they are so overwhelmed with their schedule already, they’re thinking “How in the world can I make any time to clean out a closet or a whole room for that matter!”

In order to get your home in order, you have to start with your schedule. You are never going to have enough time to focus on organizing anything if you don’t make a point of blocking some time out for it.

I was thinking to myself as I was brainstorming for this topic, where do I start? How do I want to break this down for everyone? Two words came to my mind…Jeremy Wright. He has already started creating a course that I know will be beneficial for all of us.

It’s called The Ensight Life Management Course. I am planning on following his course and I hope you will too. Not only does he have some great things to share with us from what he has learned over the years, but he has pulled in others who know a lot about managing this crazy thing we call life.

Okay, so you are wondering where to start right? Let me lay it out for you.

Step 1: Read his Introduction to the Course.
Step 2: Listen to or watch his Time Management Seminar. He did say it was a few hours long, but he also said to feel free to skim through it.
Step 3: Read his Life Management: Basics of Time post. It is an awesome article and I could not have done better; which is why I am sending you his way. :)

Well, that should keep you busy until next Tuesday! Next week I will discuss what I gleaned from these 3 steps and then throw in my two cents here and there.

I am going to follow his course all the way through and know that I will have more knowledge and more of a grasp on managing my life.

Before I end, let me just send a huge shout out to Jeremy for taking on this subject! He is obviously putting in a lot of time on this.

Now scoot along and head on over to Ensight. :)

  1. I’ve hated Mondays for years now. I never get done what I plan over the weekend. Thanks for the tips though!

I know how you feel! My husband is awesome at making our Saturday to do lists. I’m afraid to admit it, but on Saturdays I love to sip coffee and hang out in my jammies until around noon. :)

I’m going to checkout your website right now. I like the name Bust Clutter!
