Timex Uses Solar Power

Not all big companies are going solar. After all, the deal with solar power is that you can use up that much free power if the sun’s shining well. If not, then you would have to make do with not having any power at all – unless you connect back to the grid. That is one reason why big companies would rather still be with the grid – so they can continue with their operations without any chances of power running low.

But the Timex Group has demonstrated that despite being a large company, they are going for it. And what they did is they put up one of the biggest solar power projects in the northeastern part of the country. They have put on 800 solar panels in their facility in Connected. With that huge amount of panels, that means a huge amount of power as well.

Just imagine how much power that will bring the company for free.
