Always keep a gym bag, filled with the necessities, in your car or at the office. Keep items like a lock, tennis shoes, workout gear, water bottle and a sports bra. This way, if you get the urge to work out or you find some time to squeeze it into your busy schedule, you will have everything you need right at your fingertips!
