Move each and everyday. Get up off the couch for a minimum of 30 minutes everyday. If that means you have to walk to school or walk the dog…then do it. If that means you have to play wii with your brother or sister…then do it.
Climb the stairs instead of taking the elevator (I used to do this in college up eight flights and lost five pounds one semester!).
