Tips for older job seekers

Many years ago, my dad lost his job of 33 years after his company went out of business.

He had to look for a job at nearly 60 years old. While everything turned out well since he was lucky enough to begin teaching as a beloved second career, it was a very stressful time.

Now, the economy is even worse, and people of all ages are being downsized and losing jobs and it may be harder for older workers to recover.
