Tis The Season On The Food Network

Don’t you just love the holidays? Lots of family time, presents, snow, and…food! The opportunities to indulge are endless in December - between holiday cookies at the office, decadent family feasts and dinner parties among friends…it’s a month made for festivities and numerous delicious meals.

To get you in the mood, The Food Network is launching a variety of programs tailored to the holiday season. The series includes seasonal takes on hit shows, such as Iron Chef America and Jamie at Home, as well as the world broadcast premiere of ‘Twas The Night Before Dinner with celebrity chefs Anna Olsen, Anthony Sedlak, Ricardo Larivee, Laura Calder, and Bob Blumer. The Food Network’s Holiday Programming begins December 7th with Extreme Holiday Cakes and wraps up right before Christmas on December 21st with In Search of Perfection Christmas Special.

Iron Chef America: Cora vs. Symon Holiday Battle

As a special holiday treat, the Chairman has pitted two of his Iron Chefs against one-another. Iron Chef Cat Cora takes on the newest Iron Chef Michael Symon in a heated holiday battle. Which Iron Chef’s cuisine will reign supreme?

Jamie at Home: Christmas Special
Thursday, December 11 at 10pm ET/11pm PT repeating at Sunday, December 14 at 10pm ET
In this hour long special Jamie takes the strain out of preparing a Christmas dinner and allows you to re-claim your Christmas day.

‘Twas The Night Before Dinner Special

Twas The Night Before Dinner brings Anna Olson, Anthony Sedlak, Ricardo Larivee, Laura Calder and Bob Blumer together in an extraordinary holiday adventure. The chefs treat us to their favourite holiday recipes and celebrate the timelessness of the season.

In Search of Perfection Christmas Special

Heston pushes the boundaries of multi-sensory cooking to the limit, taking inspiration from the past, present and future of Christmas. His six guests all have one thing in common - a genuine love of food and Heston’s aim is to make them feel like children again albeit with some very sophisticated tastes.
