That’s the topic of our next wine seminar at Rosenblum Cellars. Not that there’s any magic answer to how long to hold on to a bottle, but we will explore ways you can make an educated guess. Plus, I timed this class to come right before Open That Bottle Night 9 so that I can invite attendees to participate and share their stories.
