		<description>It&#039;s great when we are (finally) being treated as humans instead of just another sale, even though that&#039;s the retailers&#039; objectives. What more, in your case, you weren&#039;t even conducting a sale when they still decided on contacting you.

I have a similar story to share too, one during purchasing our cot &amp; stroller. Basically the salesguy was paying us the utmost attention demo-ing the features of the product(s), that ultimately led us to buy from him.
