Luckily I haven't made too many decisions that I regret. My daughter is starting high school I have already started talking about dating and some of the mistakes that girls make and the ones that I myself made. Right now it just embarrasses her to think of dating but I hope that it in the long run she will see that Im being honest and she can come to me if she needs to when she herself has a boyfriend and needs to ask for advice. I don't believe in lying, especially not to my son. Also maybe he won't do some things just out of curiosity, especially if he knows it's not all fun and I regret it. At the very least I hope my honesty will make him feel like he can be honest with me and then at least I'll what he's up to and how I can help him.
