		<description>Thanks for the handy summary, and the link to Brain Ready.  I&#039;ll need a little time to go through the original article.  They point out the difference between &lt;i&gt;chocolate&lt;/i&gt; and &lt;i&gt;cocoa beans&lt;/i&gt; for example.  The less processing the better, so I guess a Mars bar a day won&#039;t keep the doctor away!</description>
