    Hey there all.
I had the pleasure of eating at Perilla this past
weekend and meeting Harold. He was very pleasant and was very happy that his fans were coming in to his new place. The service was excellent and friendly and the food was OUTSTANDING. Harold is truly a TOP CHEF. Try the skirt steak with the sunchoke cream spinach. Also, the dessert menu was amazing. The chocolate cake was to die for. Could not get enough. A little pricey, but was worth every penny. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!

Love Harold in season one of top chef and pegged him for the winner. Would love to visit his new restaurant and was wondering if it is open yet and where it is.

It looks like Harold has made his dream come true. Great food, the service was OK, (I certainly didn’t expect Tiffany to be waiting on our table). Amazing tastes, the only downside was, that the mushrooms were griddy. I give it 4 forks.

    Best of luck Harold!!!!

  2. [...] Hall may have seen this as a possibly stifling venture and longed to open things his way.  Sadly, I think that he is naive to think that he can just up and do it.  It is rare for even the best chefs to have success as experienced by previous winner Harold Dieterle. [...]
