Nimma is 26 years old and hails from Peachtree City, GA.  She works as a chef at Atlanta’s Repast.  She received her culinary education at the CIA.

From Bravo:

A native of Peachtree City, GA., Nimma earned her culinary degree from the Culinary Institute of America and is currently working as a chef at Repast restaurant in Atlanta. Her favorite thing to cook is pasta and she says she always has salt, pepper, green tea, coffee, and butter on hand.

Now Nimma is not an executive chef, but works under an incredible team of people.  I just wonder if her youth and lack of professional experience will be her down fall.  It seems that the two types of people that have the hardest time in the Top Chef challenges are the ones that are on the bottom rung of the ladder where they work and the ones who run their own restaurant.  The ones who are young and lack executive experience tend to have less imaginative dishes and don’t know how to take control.  The cheftestants that run their own place tend to be cocky, get upset when others are making the rules and don’t play well with others.

I hope you know by now….Top Chef Season 4 begins March 12th.
