Petside.com has released its newest list of the Top Five Pet-Friendly Hotels, and they’ve kept budget in mind.

At the top of their list is a hotel chain that’s been welcoming pets since 1962! And they don’t charge an additional fee or deposit at any of their 900-plus locations. It’s Motel 6.

Second on the list is La Quinta, accepting pets at 99% of their locations with no deposits, fees or additional charges.

Before you plan your next trip, stop by Top 5 Pet-Friendly Budget Hotel Chains to see the other top three, plus honorable mentions. Or visit last year’s pet-friendly hotel list too.

Have you found a great pet-friendly hotel?

  2. Hi Lori. I like La Quinta too. I haven’t noticed a pet smell there either.
