Top Summer Vaction Hot Spots

The American Society of Travel Agents released the results of it’s Hot Spots for Summer travel survey earlier this week.

For the seventh year in a row, Orlando (17.2%) and Las Vegas (16%) scored first and second on the list.   While there was shuffling in rankings for the remainder of the list, the actual cities remain unchanged for the past couple years.  The full list of top US summer destinations looks like this:

3. San Francisco
4. Los Angeles
5. Miami,
6. Honolulu
7. San Diego
8. Washington DC
9. Chicago
10. New York City

And, the top International Summer Destinations:

1. London
2. Rome
3. Paris
4. Cancun
5. Punta Cana
6. Puerto Vallarta
7. Barcelona
8. Venice
9. Florence
10. Amsterdam
