I never could keep up with the Joneses, and now no one expects me to. I love my twins' enjoyment of the the simple things in life (they also appreciate cookies and small plastic animals). The main thing I'd change right now is to give them a greater interest (well, any interest) in using the bathroom. You have a very good attitude about the whole thing, and your son sounds like a pleasure to live with. Having an autistic child is such a great excuse to live life at a slower, saner pace!
